(Paid) Internship Opportunity

Distinguished design office of Emerson, Wajdowicz Studios (EWS) is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, well-organized Design Intern.

Interns will learn the design/studio business by supporting a team, like an apprenticeship. That means doing anything that moves the project forward, including work on office research, media, creative and production assignments. You will participate in an ongoing project with others designed to challenge and supplement your on-the-job learning.

Candidates should demonstrate the following:
– Excellent office and research skills
– Creativity and strong conceptual problem solving a must
– Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
– Strong typography skills
– Excellent communication and computer skills required. (Mac preferred)
– Exceptional proofreading skills
– Excellent time management
– Fluency in English (good writing skills)
– Good knowledge of photography a big plus
– No “prima donnas” please
